These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of diapersdirectcare.com and purchases from Diapers Direct LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Store eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement. Customer accounts are optional. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
Products and product information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product names, sizes, case quantities, images, descriptions, and specifications. Product packaging, appearance, specifications, or manufacturer information may change. Review the physical product label and manufacturer instructions before use.
Diapers Direct does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Help Me Choose guide and other product-selection content are shopping aids only and are not substitutes for advice from a qualified health professional. Fit, comfort, absorbency, and performance vary by person and product.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including for pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or fulfillment problems. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue the applicable refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes are added when required. Payments are processed through Authorize.Net or another payment provider identified at checkout. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the payment method you submit for the total shown at checkout.
Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier conditions, weather, address issues, product availability, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Hygiene products that have been opened, used, partially used, marked, or otherwise made non-resalable are not eligible for a voluntary return.
Coupons and promotions
Promotions may be subject to separate terms, expiration dates, product limitations, and quantity limits. We may cancel or correct promotions affected by error, misuse, or fraud.
Intellectual property
The site design, Diapers Direct branding, original text, graphics, and other original site content are owned by or licensed to Diapers Direct and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product trademarks and manufacturer materials belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, use automated tools in a manner that disrupts the store, submit fraudulent orders, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that every product will be appropriate for every individual, that the site will be uninterrupted, or that manufacturer information will never change. Nothing in these Terms limits warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diapers Direct will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid to Diapers Direct for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Diapers Direct harmless from claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
